Green activists continue to call for elimination of all diesel engines. Even land based diesel backup and fulltime duty generators are feeling the pressure. Today in 2024, that is simply not an option for current battery and renewable energy solutions. Besides the extreme cost to exchange diesel Genset’s with renewable energy products, there are not enough available products to replace them with en masse. HODT has the solution today with an affordable solution to virtually eliminate emissions and save fuel. There are thousands of workhorse Genset’s across the globe that are adaptable to the DHAT 3000. Our solution not only enables these engines to survive but also pays for itself in reduced fuel usage. What We Do

When operating, our system generates the correct amount of hydrogen to join the air / fuel mixture as it enters the cylinder for combustion. The addition of hydrogen into the engine’s intake air allows for a more complete fuel burn almost eliminating harmful emissions and improving fuel efficiency between 18-27% in our client trials. Identical to all of our DHAT solutions, the DHAT 3000 is completely safe. There is NO onboard storage of hydrogen.

It is estimated that diesel powered engines produce an estimated 35% of all greenhouse gases. Of that 35%, the largest contributors are diesel semi tractors given the sheer volume of trucks on the road globally.

Our products not only enable diesel tractor engines to meet and exceed current USA EPA emission requirements paying for itself in reduced fuel usage. Recent 3^rd party testing validates HOD technologies on board H2 assist systems are proven to significantly reduce CO2, Nox and Particulate Matter emissions. Recent client trials have proven to reduce consumption of fuel between 7.8% and 11% depending on size and age of engine.
